1. Website Analytics
Basic site statistics
GSS counts public page views, daily visitor estimates, visits, referral categories, campaign labels, language, browser and device categories, and active time. Basic statistics do not set visitor cookies or use browser storage identifiers. The server temporarily uses the request IP address and browser header with a random key that changes each day to estimate repeat visits. Raw IP addresses and browser headers are not stored in analytics. Daily identifiers cannot link visits across days. These statistics stay on GSS servers for 90 days and are not linked to contact details, applications or advertising profiles. Known bots and link previews are excluded. You can turn off Basic site statistics in Cookie settings. Earlier explicit refusals, Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control are respected.
Optional detailed analytics
With your separate permission, analytics cookies help measure returning visits and form progress, including successful submissions. These details are separate from basic traffic statistics and stay on GSS servers for 90 days. A visit ends after 30 minutes of inactivity. Declining or withdrawing detailed analytics permission removes its browser identifiers. Neither type of analytics records session replays, form text, CVs, private link tokens or full browsing URLs. Counts of submitted requests and their processing status remain available to our team to deliver the requested service.
2. Information We Collect
Career Applications
For a quick application, we first save your name, email and optional phone number, and email a private continuation link valid for 14 days. Your contact stays available to our team if you do not finish. You can later add your CV, an introduction and an optional assessment. Applicant files are restricted to authenticated administrators and are used to review your interest in careers or internships.
Personal Information
When you contact us, request a quote, or use our IdeaToApp™ service, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, and details about your project. This information is provided voluntarily through our contact forms and inquiry submissions.
Usage Data
Our hosting systems may process technical request information for operation and security. Public forms use a temporary hash of the requesting IP address to limit abuse. Campaign labels from the link you follow may be saved with your inquiry or application.
Cookies & Local Storage
We use functional cookies and browser storage for site preferences, application progress, and campaign attribution during your visit. These campaign labels identify the ad, not a separate advertising profile.
3. How We Use Your Information

6. Third-Party Services
Service Providers
Our email provider delivers the continuation links you request. If you accept advertising cookies, Meta Pixel and Conversions API receive page visits and successful lead or application events, hashed email and international phone numbers, browser details, IP address and advertising identifiers where available. We do not send CVs, introductions, project descriptions or assessment answers to Meta. Declining does not affect the forms. You can withdraw permission using Cookie settings below.
Idea to App and xAI
Your project description and answers are sent to xAI to prepare questions and an indicative project plan. Do not submit passwords, confidential documents, or private customer information. You may leave contact details before using the planner. Contact details are stored separately and are not included in the AI request.
Legal Requirements
We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g., a court or government agency).
