IdeaToAppâ„¢ Service
Our IdeaToAppâ„¢ feature provides AI-generated project blueprints and estimated pricing for informational purposes. These estimates are preliminary and non-binding. Final project scope and pricing are determined through a detailed consultation process and formalized in a separate agreement.
Service Availability
While we strive to maintain uninterrupted access to our website and services, we do not guarantee that our website will be available at all times. We may suspend or restrict access for maintenance, updates, or other operational reasons without prior notice.
3. Intellectual Property
Our Content
All content on the GSS website — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, code, and software — is the property of General Software Solutions and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Client Work
Intellectual property rights for custom work produced for clients are governed by the terms of each individual project agreement. Unless otherwise specified, upon full payment, clients receive the rights to the delivered work as outlined in their project contract.

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide regarding our services may be used by GSS without any obligation of compensation or attribution. By submitting feedback, you grant GSS an unrestricted, perpetual license to use such material.
4. Payment Terms
Pricing & Invoicing
Project pricing, payment schedules, and invoicing terms are established in individual project agreements. All prices are quoted in Euros (EUR) unless otherwise specified. Quoted prices are valid for 30 days from the date of the proposal.
Late Payments
Payments not received within the agreed timeframe may incur late fees as specified in the project agreement. GSS reserves the right to suspend work on projects with outstanding overdue payments until the balance is settled.
Refund Policy
Refund policies vary by project and are outlined in individual agreements. Generally, payments for completed milestones or delivered work are non-refundable. Pre-paid amounts for unstarted work may be eligible for a refund upon written request.
5. Limitation of Liability
Disclaimer of Warranties
Our website and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Liability Cap

Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Albania. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tirana, Albania.
Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
